Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Yateem Optician Online store has a 14 days return and exchange policy. You can return any goods you have purchased from us for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original condition with all original packaging within 14 days of when you received them along with a digital copy of the invoice file as received in your email without any modifications.

In order to initiate a return or exchange please contact us on: estore@yateemgroup.ae with all the relevant details and we will arrange for your return or exchange accordingly. You will be required to drop off the item in your nearest approved branch

Please note shipping fees and Cash on delivery fees are none refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund If you claim is approved, then your refund will be processed in 14 days.

Refunds for products which are not having any manufacturing defect will only be available in store credits and not as cash. This includes products being returned for size incompatibility or aesthetic reasons.

Refunds in other cases will be done only through the Original Mode of payment Return of contact lenses & ophthalmic lenses is not possible after purchase as the items fall under the medical product category
If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product you purchased, you will need to email us at estore@yateemgroup.ae along with the invoice, the details of the product you wish to exchange and the link/product name of the product you wish to exchange it for. Alternatively, if you wish to refund for a product you have seen in our physical store, then you will have to provide the details of the branch and the product model number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Once the returned items are approved for exchange we will dispatch the items that you have selected as an exchange or notify the branch you selected to have the item ready for you to collect.

If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.

Sale items (if applicable)

Items on clearance, promotion or offers cannot be refunded, they can only be exchanged

Shipping

Items for refund or return might be required to be dropped off at any of our physical stores nearest to you for inspection and processing. Our customer service team will discuss with you to identify the nearest drop off center for you. Repairs if required will be done at these store level or will be sent to our head office for processing. Anticipate a delay of 10-15 working days as we might need to have the product inspected by the manufacturers. Direct pick up from home might not be available in all emirates and will only be eligible on a case to case basis.
